The Delivery Time Varies From Cities To Cities. Typically, It Takes 3-4 Days For All Metros & Tier 1 Cities. Tier 2 & 3 Cities May Take 3 To 5 Days. Some Cities In North East India & J&K Etc. May Take Minimum 5 To A Maximum Of 7 Days. Due To Unforeseen Reasons, There Might Be Delay In Shipments And Would Appreciate Your Patience. We accept debit and credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Maestro credit) through a secure online server. Cash on Delivery (COD) and Net Banking are other modes of payment. We also accept PayPal to receive payments from customers. If you pay by credit or debit card, you will be charged immediately as soon as your order is placed successfully. No refunds shall be applicable on COD payments. Only PayPal supported all currencies and most common currencies with INR can be used to make online payments. All product prices for customers in India are inclusive of all taxes and duties. For customers overseas, all product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As a recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in, for which payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

In such a case, first please check if your bank/credit card account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank.

Your order will be delivered at your doorstep through our one of our logistics partners.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. Subsequently your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. You can additionally use the tracking details provided to you to track your order through our logistics partner.

We do not deliver to Multiple Addresses for a single order. If you'd like us to ship to multiple addresses, we request you place separate orders for separate destinations.

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

Delivery within India is free available on online payment, On cash on delivery shipping charges will be there, it can be verified at checkout process.

We provide standard delivery to any address within Global. However, do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports and Jurong Island.

If you have received a damaged product or the wrong item, please mail us at info.sareetree@gmail.com with your order number and a couple of pictures of the material within 48 hours of delivery. We will process the replacement of the product as soon as possible. At Saree Tree, each product is quality checked passed, verified, and then shipped to the customer but we understand that manual errors can happen and hence we provide replacement of the same product.

Please do not return any product without our confirmation on email.

We are committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them 100% satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will take back the product. Kindly request a return via mail at info.sareetree@gmail.com within 7 days from the date of delivery. Return requests will not be accepted through any other medium. The customer will be responsible for shipping the product to our warehouse in Surat. Please do not return any product without our confirmation on email.

You can cancel you order within 24 hours of placing it and if it hasn’t been dispatched already. If you'd like to purchase another piece instead of what you already have, that will be a fresh purchase and transaction. If you've ordered the wrong size, we can exchange or alter it for you if possible, for us. Only, the shipping charge will be borne by you.

Sorry, custom stitched products cannot be returned or exchanged. Refund is also not possible in such cases.

Once your returned item is received, we'll initiate a quick product inspection to ensure that the product is returned in an unused, unwashed, undamaged and unworn condition- this is usually done within 2 working days. Within 48 hours of successful return product inspection, we will initiate your exchange and you will be informed by email.
